  • Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host. Additional fees apply.
  • No more than 12 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
  • No use of the fireplace is allowed.
  • If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
  • Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
  • Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

  • For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week.
